Shipping FAQThe story
Ghostface Beetle · Stag Beetle
Digital sculpture gains movement, detail by detail.
WUYIN × Xu Zhelong
The inspiration
The form of a stag beetle becomes a richly sculpted metal object. Carved surfaces, movable joints and mechanical details give the original design a physical presence.
Form & function
Original design by Xu Zhelong, with production supervised by WUYIN. The project began in September 2024 and took approximately one year to develop the sculptural details and articulated structure for production.
About the collaborator
Xu Zhelong brings traditional Chinese forms and mythical creatures into detailed digital sculpture.
